Terms & Policies

Thank you for your interest in booking Finale Performing Arts Center.
Please review the following Reservation Terms & Policies before submitting your booking request.

Reservation & Payment

  • Reservations are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Dates may be held for up to 3 days after an invoice is issued, unless otherwise specified.

  • Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Rental Time

  • Rental time includes setup, rehearsal, event time, and cleanup.

  • Additional time beyond the reserved period may incur overtime charges.

  • Events must conclude at the agreed-upon end time.

 

Venue Use

Renters and guests agree to:

  • Treat the venue, instruments, furnishings, and equipment with care.

  • Follow all staff instructions and venue policies.

  • Supervise children and minors at all times.

  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct.

  • Obtain prior approval for any outside catering.

 

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are not permitted:

  • Alcohol (unless approved in writing)

  • Smoking or vaping indoors

  • Illegal substances

  • Open flames or candles

  • Glitter or confetti

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior.

Piano & Equipment

  • The Steinway Model B concert grand piano may only be moved or adjusted by authorized staff.

  • No food or beverages are permitted on or near the piano.

  • Additional fees may apply for damage to instruments or equipment.

  1. If you'll host concerts, consider adding:

 

Insurance

  • Renters may be required to provide proof of event liability insurance for certain events or larger gatherings.Outside vendors must carry their own applicable insurance.

Damages & Cleaning

  • Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, vendors, or performers.

  • The venue must be left in substantially the same condition as it was received.

  • Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.

 

Liability

Finale Performing Arts Center is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen personal property

  • Personal injury resulting from renter or guest negligence

  • Vendor-related services or issues

  • Items brought into the venue by renters, guests, or vendors

The renter assumes responsibility for all guests, vendors, and participants during the event.

 

Photography & Media

Finale Performing Arts Center may photograph or record events for promotional purposes unless a written request to opt out is received before the event.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Finale Performing Arts Center reserves the right to refuse or terminate any reservation that violates venue policies, creates unsafe conditions, involves illegal activity, or causes disruption or damage to the venue.

 

Agreement

By submitting a reservation request and/or payment, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
